INGREDIENTS:

  Fish meat, squid meat, shrimp meat, cuttlefish meat, modified starch, sugar, salt, baking powder, binder/extender, carrots, onion leeks & fresh garlic.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  KEEP FROZEN until ready to use. Do not refreeze.

BOIL
Defrost frozen seafood popsticks. Remove from stickand boil in soup stock from about 2.5 - 3.0 minutes. Add your favorite vegetables.

DEEP FRY
Cook from frozen state, no need to thaw. Por enough oil for deep frying. Fry seafood popsticks in medium heat. for 3.0 minutes or until popsticks float. Drain excess oil. Serve with seafood sauce.
