INGREDIENTS:

  Fish meat, water, modified starch, palm lard, sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, phosphate, seasonings, FD & C yellow no.5 and allura red.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  Fish mixture was stuffed in edible collagen casing. Make 2-3 slit cuts on the surface of each piece. Cook with casing.

MICROWAVE

Microwave ovens vary. Heating time is approximate. The following instructions are for a 600 watt microwave oven. Microwave for 2.5 - 3.0 minutes. Serve.

BAKE
Defrost frozen fish longanisa. Pre-heat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place fish longanisa in metal baking pan and bake for 8-10 mins. Serve.

PAN-FRY
Defrost frozen fish longanisa. Place in frying panand add 2 tbsp. water. Cook over medium heat, then add a small amount of oil and continue frying for 2-3 minutes. Serve.
