INGREDIENTS:

  Fresh crab meat, egg, bell pepper, onion leeks, crab extract, seasonings.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  MICROWAVE:
Microwave one (1) tray frozen stuffed crab shells for 3.0-3.5 minutes at 600 watts. Served.

BAKE:
Pre-heat the oven to 190 C (375 F). Transfer Frozen styffed crab shells to a metal baking pan. bake uncovered for 12.0 minutes. Served.

DEEP FRY:
Cook from frozen state, no need to thaw. Pour enough oil for deep frying. fry stuffed crab shells in medium heat for 3.0 minutes or until golden brown. Drain excess oil. Served.

Serving Size: Good for 3-6 persons.
