INGREDIENTS:

  Fresh fish meat, isolated soy protein, skimmed milk, emulsifier, water and spices.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Defrost frozen fish burger.
2. Grease frying pan with enough oil.
3. Pan-fry fish burger for 3-3.5 minutes at medium heat or until done.
4. Served with desired dressing in burger bun.

Serving Size: Good for 3-6 persons
