INGREDIENTS:

  Fresh squid meat, flour, water, modified starch, baking powder, seasonings, FD & C yellow No.6.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

  BAKE
Preheat oven to 420° (220°C). Place frozen Battered Calamari Strips on lightly oiled metal baking pan. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until coating is crunchy. Serve with tartare sauce.

DEEP-FRY
No need to thaw, cook from frozen state. Deep-fry frozen Battered Calamari Strips in hot oil (180°C) for 2 minutes or until it turns golden brown. Drain excess oil. Serve with tartare sauce.
